Unfortunately, my PUMA store was closed down, but it was fun while I was there. Great co-workers, new wardrobe each new season, huge discount, relaxed vibes.

Pros

Great Teamspirit in a very open and positive atmosphere. PUMA does a lot to strengthen these "bonds" with offering a great deal of leisure time events where one can meet many interesting people and make new friends also from other departments. Professionally there are several trainings that one can attend to gain more knowledge and skills. There are travels to liasion offices or suppliers that might be important experiences in the own career. PUMA has a good and supportive works council that also worked out some very pleasant conditions to improve work-life balance. The mixture of great people, positive and mostly fair environment and PUMA's general openness makes it a great place to work at and identify oneself with the brand.

Cons

During the "post-Zeitz" period there have been several changes in the general direction of the company. This affected some departments more than others and caused irritation. Unfortunately it also seems to depend pretty much on the specific superior whether some employees can progress faster than others, career- and salary-wise.

Many thanks for your detailed feedback on your former job! We are glad to hear that you liked the working atmosphere with all the benefits we offer our employees. It´s important for us that every employee feels comfortable at work. Our wellbeing program tries its best to ensure that with lots of different offerings such as trainings, sport activities, special canteen offers etc. During the realignment of our mission statement there were several restructurings. In the long run we keep improving our organizational structure to provide on the one hand a fast communication and on the other hand an equal possibility of development for every employee. We wish you the best for your further career!
