      Pros

      There is something that can be done better, always a opportunity to improve, where a project is a challenge. Training and learning its all around us. Many trips, many places to visit and awesome people to know!

      Cons

      There is always a small budget or none. Managers are always worried about budget and lose opportunities to grow. Looks like a company managed by Finance people and no by a brilliant crew!

      Pros

      • Flexible hours , great working environment, and as well as a great atmosphere. • I would love it more if the base pay was $9.50 but sadly it's not

      Cons

      •The only downside would be how much you get paid starting off. • Not much is wrong working with puma it just depends who you work with.
