      Pros

      This company is very well rounded. They are open and honest with their feedback to employees. Any questions you have will be answered in full. Head office is easy to reach and they care about everyone's needs and concerns.

      Cons

      Pay raises are hard to accomplish; it's based on how the business does, not solely on your performance over the years. So even when a raise happens, it can be a very pitiful amount.

      Pros

      Friendly / fun environment. Easy first job to have in retail. When you start you get to choose 4 items of clothing and a pair of shoes for free. This is done every 3 months.

      Cons

      Store closes at 9:30 but If your shift is to close, then you'll stay until 10:30 or later organizing the store.

      Great mentorship and focus on professional development. Everyone you work genuinely wants you to do well. Lots of fun employee appreciation that goes on throughout the year, really keeps things exciting!
