Culture of the company may not be suitable for all. Would advise people to apply only if they can cope with it

Many thanks for your honest feedback about your position in Bengaluru. It's nice to hear that you had a great learning experience at our company. We are an organisation that is fast paced, on trend and is very people centric in its approach. For us it’s the people first and then processes and systems. It provides a great scope for people to learn and grow and take on leadership responsibilities at a very early stage. Our induction programs are specially formulated to orient the new joiners on this work approach of taking ownership and leadership right from the beginning. We are further improving our HR programs to make our employer value proposition stronger in the minds of our employees so that we all work towards the common goal of creating an organisation culture of drive, vibrancy, camaraderie, fun and most importantly a place where one can bring their own special expression to the work. We wish you all the best in your future career.

Pros

Brand is getting some momentum and products are inspiring

Cons

There is no cohesion in the Boston office. Departments work in silos. There are little attempts to create a community life but it doesn't really work out. Overall, employees are treated fairly poorly despite big speeches about "talents", "growing in the workplace", etc.
