Very people oriented and good work/life balance. Understand the strategy that make employees happy makes customers happy. Free clothes and shoes. Defined work day and directives.

Cons

Not enough payroll to accomplish all tasks.

Good balance working life!!!!

Pros

1) working hour is flexible. 2) many training courses. 3) good employee benefit, like Holidays and retirement plan 4) very international, especially in HQ that you can work with People from different countries.

Cons

1) I have the feeling that sometimes there is no proper plan before proceeding a new program or system. 2) Sometimes the job assignment is not clear enough and lack of communication between the departments or categories. 3) There are many trainings but don’t know how to apply for it. 4) lack of good Story to tell behind the product.
