Pros

Great location and there was good management when I first started working there. Positive work environment. It was a fun and interactive job, I met a lot of great people.

Cons

Pay can be better, there was no commission. Towards the end, the former store manager and district manager had left and the new management was not good. District manager would visit our store a few times and was very rude and pretentious.

Pros

Starting salary, discount, and bonuses were great. Company offered summer Fridays.

Cons

From what I experienced, Puma ran like a start up company. It felt messy and disorganized. There was hardly any communication and no one would accept responsibility for their mistakes. Many mistakes happened because of miscommunication. Many members of management were a joke. They did not have what it takes to lead or guide a team. Puma is lucky to have well known celebrity brand ambassadors because they are what I believe is keeping the brand strong. In the 1.5 years I've worked, I've seen more than enough people leave. Many people left because they seemed unhappy including myself.
