      Pros

      Puma has a great team focused environment and empowers its employees.

      Cons

      They recently made improvements to their 401K and maternity packages, but still not as good as others within the industry.

      Pros

      Really low hirarchies, great Team spirit, excellent benefits! Relaxed working atmosphere. New building will bei great support for all of US.

      Cons

      Some times Stress and workload are very hard and availability dringend vacation is expected. Salary some times lower than competitors.

      Great atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to work on exciting projects at an early stage in your career. Puma has a real maverick feel to the Design philosophy and creativity and innovation is really supported.

      Cons

      Salary is very low compared to competitors and promotions can take time depending on which department you are in.
