      The working climate is no longer good as before, people have created closed groups. I note that there is discrimination and lack of leadership in the management of managers. Work overload Very manual processes

      Friendly Environment, Great Selections, Nice Benefits, and Flexible

      Cons

      Somewhat sexist in terms of training employees who should work as a cashier (I've been working as a male employee and have yet to learn to use the register). Management does last minute schedule changes where as I am at the store ready for a 5AM shipment shift, they cancel it at the last minute. Decreases my hours heavily for a minor mistake An employee quit the job for another last minute schedule change, when in reality the supervisor chose not to close with her. Resulting in her putting her 2 week notice.

      Puma is the best place of work,one can learn so much in it,working in puma is a great fun ,even top management treats sales executive as partners,i have lot of great memories with puma,itz a one place where your personal & professional growth is assured as you have been trained on every step...working in puma is like never ending party.....i love puma
