Good in terms of salary and uniform allowance.

Cons

Puts too much pressure on employees for sale, irrespective of having several stores within small area. Price of the products are too high

Thanks for sharing your experience of working at PUMA. Our store employees are the face of the brand and it is thanks to your commitment and passion that PUMA is a leading brand in the country. We understand the high pressure environment of working at the front end and it is our constant endeavour to take the stress out and make the lives of our store employees more fun and engaging. Thanks again for your comments as this would help us get better with our efforts of making our retail stores great workplaces. We wish you the best for your further career!

Pros

Average employees are great. They work hard, they play hard, and are fun to be around. There are lots of little perks that are good to haves - and things like early summer fridays are very generous.

Cons

First things first, compensation at PUMA is poor. Base is lower than competitors, bonuses are meager and raises dont even keep up with inflation. Second, too much favoritism. Spouses direct managing their significant others, GF managing BF, Friends promoting friends and passing over more qualified people they are not as close with. Being in with the right crowd is the best way to get ahead at PUMA.
