Thanks for your honest feedback about your position as a designer. At PUMA, we believe that in order to achieve greatness, we need to create an environment that nurtures great people. This is represented through our employer values and specially through Be Together. We understand that our success depends on each other and that's why we support an open-door policy and the trust in all our colleagues to join our minds, energy and passion. Don't hesitate to share your feedback about the lunch through the internal tool, we appreciate your opinion to improve there too. All the best for your further career at PUMA!

Pros

It's not really a big sales team and there's a lot of diversity in the store. The discount is 60% off and they have annual friends and family competitions (which the store manager ALWAYS wins) for gift cards.

Cons

They promise hours all the time and then make a schedule with 4 hours for the entire week. Sales are always weak. Managers eat up the payroll and they pick favorites.
