Pros

- Best company culture with great team spirit. Everybody is always willing to help each other. No arrogance or bad personalities. There are hardly any people I don't like on a personal level. - Open minded people who don't judge you on how you look. - Flat organisation: not many layers between employee and CEO. Fast pace and responsive. Not much politics. - Even the youngest, most junior team members get opportunities to shine and encouraged to speak up. - Training and development through International Leadership Program is absolutely world-class. Awesome to network and learn from peers in other departments and regions. - Flexibility, initiative and self-responsibility are ingrained in the culture. Managers are NOT treating their employees like little children with micro managing every detail. If you are entrepreneurial and feel confident with uncertainty & in chaotic, dynamic environments, then Puma is the right company for you!

Cons

- Business units need to talk more and better with each other. Often the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. - Pace of change can feel slow compared to competitors. There are a lot of ideas and creativity but they are often not followed through to the end. - Tendency to stick with successful formulas instead of trying new approaches. - Compensation at Junior levels is lower than local competitors and salary raises (besides annual increases) are only possible with promotions.
