Pros

Great atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to work on exciting projects at an early stage in your career. Puma has a real maverick feel to the Design philosophy and creativity and innovation is really supported.

Cons

Salary is very low compared to competitors and promotions can take time depending on which department you are in.

Pros

Great brand history. Great product. Many young, hard working and talented people. Decent benefits. Good discounts. CEO seems to have some great ideas and is steering the brand in the right direction Globally. Tons of potential.

Cons

Senior Management changes needed for the brand to succeed, especially Sales. Poor morale, high turnover rate across all departments and in many ways operationally inefficient. Many young and talented people seem to be overlooked due to personalities and politics. The current strategy and target market goes against brand DNA in sports. It will be difficult to compete with larger competitors in the long run.
