      Pros

      Overall a good working atmosphere, the team of people is great, the people you work with, that's what makes the company. Pay is very good, bonuses good, being recognised for your achievements, very good.

      Cons

      Instability, with global redundancies taking place approximately every 12 months, it makes it very difficult to plan your future investments, purchases, etc. Hard to plan a long term family life. Understandable, but difficult to go through as an employee.

      Pros

      Co-workers are nice and generally supportive. Global leader in the space we operate.

      Cons

      Raft of demotions to employees that helped grow the business 400% in 6 years. Compensation has completely detached from the market averages and bonus structures are changed negatively most years. No career development opportunities within the company. No cohesive strategy around customer acquisition.
