Pros

- They are establishing a great culture all over the company - Focus on people not only on the business - Always a friendly and positive atmosphere - The company is growing a lot and it everybody can feel it

Cons

- From the Products department there is no clear mid/long term roadmap which reflects the software development of new features and services. - A side effect of the increasing grow rate is the lack of space. The current office is quite tight and the location of the new office is not as central.

Pros

There is a clear vision for the business, strong investors and talented colleagues. I'm quite impressed with everyone I work with. With the recent management changes there is now a good working environment support for improvement.

Cons

There is a fast pace of change and sometimes things can be rough around the edges in a high-growth company especially in terms of structure and processes.

Pros

- The atmosphere is great with the recent investments from PayPal and Citi Ventures and with the recent acquisition of a company in LATAM. - Some really smart people, so every day is a school day. - The working culture is very collaborative and open - people are free to share their views which can be a shock at first (if you are used to working in very corporate environments) but is very refreshing - Good focus on employee development with leadership programs and personal development focus It is a really exciting time at PPRO, not looking to go anywhere any time soon!

Cons

- In the last 6 months there has been a lot of change in the business with the separating of the company into two distinct business units - I can understand some of the negative reviews on here from people in the Issuing side - but I am involved in Acquiring / Payments side. Our experience is only positive from this split. Some other niggles: - PPRO has hired a brand new C-Suite (CFO, COO, CTO) in the last 6 months - it will take a few more months for these people to bed in - feels a little disjointed at the moment - The growth of the customer base exceeds the growth of most departments to cope with the requests for new products/services - so this can be frustrating but think this is the same in most ramping companies
