      Pros

      So far the best company I worked at here in Brazil in terms of employee care, having great medical insurance, people oriented managers and actively taking actions in order to improve current employment package.

      Cons

      For a company that is relying heavily in technology and software development, decisions regarding tech/architecture are somewhat clunky and over- bureaucratic

      Pros

      If you want to be part of success story that changes the payment industry, PPRO is the place to be. I like the company culture, very collaborative and supportive. You can see that the entire organization has a common goal. Team is very diverse (more than 60 different nationalities!). High growth gives lots of opportunities for personal development.

      Cons

      As in all high growth companies, changes is part of the daily agenda. If you are not up for this, PPRO is the wrong place!
