      Pros

      If you want to be part of success story that changes the payment industry, PPRO is the place to be. I like the company culture, very collaborative and supportive. You can see that the entire organization has a common goal. Team is very diverse (more than 60 different nationalities!). High growth gives lots of opportunities for personal development.

      Cons

      As in all high growth companies, changes is part of the daily agenda. If you are not up for this, PPRO is the wrong place!

      Pros

      Very dynamic and familiar team where chanages are continuous and the strategy or operations are based clearly on market or product based decision-making. So it´s a product design/development based company with no so long term initiatives in place as expected as fintech. Probably it´s growing so quick that staff and limited resources are not facilitating the same increase or change in regards to culture evolution (a more open mindset could maybe be a key change since just some people/small closed group was taking decisions as a SMB and influence among them was strong enough to avoid changes coming from other sources)
