Pros

The people here are really nice, humble and subject matter experts. The business is on a good trajectory after turning profitable last year with big growth plans. The environment in the office is great with people having lunch together and dogs coming in on most days.

Cons

There's always a lot of change so you have to be super adaptable to thrive here. It wont be for everyone in that respect.

Pros

- The company has a very mature development process and uses an up-to-date tech stack. Despite being in a regulated market, tech process, stack selection and development process have almost no bureaucracy. - Projects are challenging, because we deal with money and real-time transactions. This makes architecture decisions matter a lot, which is great for technical professionals. - The company has good transparency, like showing its numbers often, and I didn't need to deal with politics/ego during my day-to-day activities so far. - A transparent hiring process and very skilled professionals. People in the teams have very good skills, be they an entry-level or senior professionals. - Very good compensation and benefits. Health insurance is awesome.

Cons

- Hybrid working policy: The company requires employees to go to the office a couple of days per week. This may be an issue for some people.
