      Pros

      By far the best culture in payments. Everyone from CEO to executives and senior leadership are very approachable and friendly - environment is highly collaborative. Clear strategy with strong momentum, very interesting time to be at the company.

      Cons

      If you don't like fast-paced environment, that would be a con but not unexpected for a fast-growing company.

      Autonomy, sense of belonging, good culture (you actually make friends at work), good life balance with hybrid work model

      Cons

      Too many leaders in Europe, just a few in Brazil. Makes you feel left aside occasionally.
