Bonuses can be good. Looks great on a resume.

Cons

Very high turnover. Workload is excessive for the pay 20hr. Very clicky. Didn't like the training curriculum as this is by word of mouth and there is no way to verify if you are being trained properly or not until you figure most of this job out alone by yourself. Looks like a long term position but company refuses to keep anyone long term. No health insurance because it is too expensive. Management lies constantly. Pay is too low for the equivalent of almost 3 jobs combined into one.

Lack of training, then you will get blamed for everything and will not live down to any mistakes! If you are good at your job you will be overworked! Pay is way under market
