      Plenty of job openings, probably because employee turnover is so high

      Cons

      Management is aggressively confrontational and utterly unsupportive. New employees are thrown in the water without a life jacket and then blamed if they drown. Managers quietly observe your behavior, just waiting for the moment they can say "Gotcha!" Definitely the worst corporate environment I've seen in my 10+ year career.

      Cool industry to work in.

      Cons

      Worked there for several years, with stellar reviews. Had some medical issues and was out of the office on disability. When I returned on a part-time basis, I was suddenly met with management claiming I was an under-performing employee. It was 100% discrimination against someone with a medical issue. I eventually recovered, and have been working at a different company, where I continue to receive stellar reviews. Do not work there if you ever plan to be human. Their HR office will not help you either.
