Lacking career structure in several departments. Recent visible loss of excellent long serving staff over lack of career opportunities or recognition of role undertaken. Promotions appear to be possible for higher ranking but lower levels asked to cut costs and reduce promotion opportunities as cost savings. Continued miss match between opportunities in parent country and the rest of the world.

The pay is outrageously low for the work load they expect you to do. The Burger King by my office was paying $2.00 more an hour than what my office was paying. The managers are completely unaware of the tasks they demand their employees and the person who assigns you and demands work from you is not who is listed as your manager.
