Directors are more concerned with putting their needs first before that of their teams and clients. Decision making on resourcing is lacking rationale thinking. Working with unreasonable (often rude) clients and their unobtainable expectations.

no work life balance, unprofessional line managers do not listen to your personal needs, employees overloaded, stressfull job with demanding deadlines. Career advancement not based to your actual skills, workload or performance. You have to threaten to leave the company, have friendship with upper management or work 70 hrs per week to obtain something. ....Forget to be promoted if you tell them that you are pregnant! Company reorganization in 2013 canceled any career opportunity. Continuos changes in line manager makes you starting each time from the beginning. Managers are not skilled, unprofessional, most of them play that role only because of their seniority with the company Very poor work environment, with no qualified employees, no cooperative colleagues, no team building. Lot of unfulfilled promises, a very unpleasant work experience. If you are looking for a good place to work: run away from this company. If you already work for this company and you want to move forward with your career: run away from this company.
