Some training programs are high quality CRO experience HIghing preferences are low - easy to get in the door

Cons

Management is comprised of good ole boys club. Initiatives are rarely tested - throw something against the wall and hope it sticks. Technology is basic - company is ran off of personal spreadsheets HR department is nearly incompetent - bulling, intimidation are means of managing - consistent policies are not existent Project Managers are worst in the industry In-fighting between departments and politics

peoples are friendly, new things to learn daily. stable work force, flexible work hours, very few lay offs.

Cons

no rewarding for hard workers. the more work you do the more trouble you got.

Pros

Good training program for all roles within company. Good environment. They start to upgrade equipment(e.g. laptops) during last year. Good opportunites for secondment within region. Good interpersonal relation between people.

Cons

Not good salaries for big international company. Different awards instead of increasing of salary. Too many managers for 1 employee. Some line managers not good as leaders. You have to adhere a lot of metrics some of figures seems stupid.
