      Great onboarding, great Learning Management System, great colleagues, great benefit system great IT equipment, work from home option.

      Cons

      Very archaic processes, unnecessary repetitive actions, big overload due to these old-fashioned style of job performing. No desire for process optimization.

      Pros

      PPD has a supportive leadership and great people with many opportunities for career advancement. The company has great potential which is the reason Thermal Fisher acquired the company and the intergration couldn't have gotten better. It is possible to move up within the company however it is unlikely to be achieved by promotions but through internal transfers.

      Cons

      Few cons. The company and industry would not be suitable for one who does not handle change well. The company and work is constantly evolving and requires one who can adapt to change.
