Beautiful product (you can get this anywhere though)

Cons

HA! Where to begin! Management slept with employees and reprimanded some for complaining. Management changes monthly. Can I say #METOO?!? Luckily, that management is long gone, but beware, this place is in debt all the time. I remember a customer wanting her $14K refrigerator that was ordered 3 months prior, but we didn't have the money to pay our bill to pay for it... Even though the customer had paid in full. SMH.

Pros

Everyone had a voice. Sent to California for a week, all paid for.

Cons

Bad management. Entire original corporate office ran it into the ground, got fired and got new jobs while everyone else got laid off

Great concept for a business that most customers like if they could actually consistently deliver what they advertise.

Cons

Private equity company (Catterton) doesn't have a clue how many times the wool has been pulled over their eyes. Lost hundreds of millions of dollars because they did not pay attention and did not know how to select an executive team.
