      Pros

      Is a company that you can work for your lifetime, you can handle the daily tasks and activities with almost no effort, and you can regulary live with the salary they pay you

      Cons

      No organization, sometimes make some wrong policies and orders that can make people mad. In some cases they take away salary off "to help people from other side" and something like that. Sometimes people in the company are not working but they make others in the supervisory chain do their job.
