Pros

It is a great company to grow. Great school where you can have almost any position to learn from. It has good benefits, as health insurance, gym, and house loans, although with current Venezuelan inflation these benefits are diluting. It is the biggest company of Venezuela, a trasnational, probably one of the best choices is this country for reputational reasons in your CV.

Cons

It has become an internal mess. It is not well organized, the salaries are ridiculous. There is not a well defined culture, every unite almost does what they want. With the crisis, it have been difficult for the company to maintain all the staff in a good range. Too controled by the government
