Pros

- Good experience. - Company with a lot of history in oil and gas production and refinement. - A lot of senior managers and workers to learn from and a lot of different facilities. - Own safety documents and standards comparable and sometimes better than international standards.

Cons

- Negligible salary that in current situation of Venezuela is barely enough to eat. - Sometimes there is political pressure to participate in activities not related to work.

Lack of organization

Pros

In this company you can find a nice and casual environment with a lot of expats and manly Spanish speakers. The official language is also Spanish.

Cons

Lack or organization. Not enough authority to take decisions since all the decisions are made in Venezuela by the mother company. Lots of bureaucracy.
