Pros

The only pro this company has is to manage the biggest oil and gas reserves in the world, and the huge amounts of money this represents

Cons

Government owned, the efforts are more political than laboral/professional, people are taken out of their desks to go and concentrate for the government, production is the less-cared thing. Today Venezuela is running out of gas because of the management of the resources. How's that the richest and most prominent oil company country in the world is on the situation it is today? So dont BS people telling this is a great company to be, it was several years ago, the dream company for every person from within and outside this country, today it's a shame.
