Pros
It is still one of the most solid companies in the country thanks to its oil and gas reserves. Their training processes and the technical expertise that can be obtained continue to be internationally recognized and well paid abroad.
Cons
Unfortunately human sensitivity has been changed by a populist and propaganda sense towards its employees. Behind the scenes, there is no genuine interest in the general welfare and quality of life of all (and I stress, all) of their employees. Only populist speeches to pretend a social benefits that long ago became decadent to keep certain ringleaders with their privileges. New employees basically enter the company for two reasons: for ignorance of what they will face, or to use the company as a springboard through their training programs to qualify them as employees for the international market.
