      Pros

      Who can work here with such low resources, can work anywhere 10 times better. Practical experience in all aspects. Still some senior people with great knowledge to train new employees.

      Cons

      Politics destroyed the company. No formal training, low salary, bad management. Putting military in management position, they know nothing about oil and gas and they are extremely corrupt.
