      Pros

      plenty of resources to work with, and lots of things to do. good infrastructure to develop as a scientist or an engineer. work life-balance is very good, impressive days off policy, vacation, new born, etc.

      Cons

      the bureaucracy hinders the operation of departments making it hard for the daily work to flow normally. training has been constantly decreased both in frequency and quality.

      It is the best oil company in Venezuela. Also, most of the oil and gas companies work for PDVSA. in addition, other important companies work as a partner with PDVSA.

      Cons

      It s very difficult to grow up in the company because evaluations are done based on friendship.
