Pros

Excellent place to work, amazing co-workers, infrastructure, you can learn a lot if you have initiative. When I started to work there, the benefits where amazing, good health insurance for you and your family.

Cons

Too much politics, unspected situations everyday, lack of planning, salaries Too low, you have to participate in politics event as part of your job supporting Maduro. Lack of investment. When I left the health insurance was not enough, pdvsa has too much in debts. Extremely corrupted.
