Pros
There truly are not many pros to think of from my experience. This organization is a total mess, though they appear to be trying to get things together. Compensation seems to be appropriate, but that is about it!
Cons
Where to start! Don't expect a warm welcome on your first day. Also do not expect a computer, phone, email, or any other items that you would need for your job. You likely will wait a week for things like a phone, your email to work, etc. You will notice as you look around that most people look unhappy. When you talk to people you will find that they are, in fact, unhappy. Everybody in every department complains about being overworked or not having the bandwidth to get their job done well. Training is informal to non-existent. Expectations are unrealistic.
