      AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

      Pros

      NONE. There is nothing positive about this company. They don' t care about their employees. Very bad benefits. They don't pay employees a living wage.

      Cons

      I have been working as an government contractor for over 2 years. PAE bought out the former company FCI. It has been a challenge every since. Very low pay. They lured us in with a PPO healthplan that had a $35. 00 co-pay. When it came time to pick our new plans they used the fact that we are not union to stick us with a High Option plan that has a $2500 deductible. Do they not know what they pay us? They do not provide their employees with sick time either. I have never talk to or even met one person from Upper Management at PAE. They don' t respond to emails either. They don't care about their employees concerns. They just care about having someone in a seat so they can bill the government.

      Only good for the clearance

      Pros

      You get a clearance. Only do the job for the clearance. Once you have it apply to as many other jobs as you can. Another company will pay you much more.

      Cons

      They lie to you about pay and literally everything else. THEY WILL CONSISTENTLY MESS UP YOUR PAY!!! Benefits are basic. No steady schedule. No raises or room to grow. No management support. Management is out of touch and extremely lazy. They also show a lot of favoritism. Treated like second class citizens. There is a a lot of physical demands without any breaks. High turn over. The worst part is that They all know how terrible it is...ALL OF THEM.!!! They refuse to do anything about it.

      *Co-Workers are helpful and are team players *Pay in my opinion is above average; Benefits starting to decline from previous years

      Cons

      *Promotions are non-existent unless you are in the 'boys club' *No Work/Life balance - expects you to be available and work holidays and while on vacation *Promotes unqualified managers who pass off their work on everyone else *Benefits are starting to make a decline from previous years *Morale is at an all time low - Used to feel appreciated by the company, now they lay off employees who have been here decades to bring in younger and cheaper people
