Laid back, no huge expectations, easy to satisfy management. Pay is adequate at my skill level and the coworkers and management are easy to get along with.

Cons

IT is not focused on building a comprehensive performing system. Instead everything is a one off application just get it done as quickly as possible.

Plenty to do, great bunch of people on the floor. The guys on the floor had to take charge and did.

Cons

Management had little or no managerial experience. HR were quite the amateurs.

working with PAE is for me is like my career dream came in true cause it is a company where a engineer can do quickly and high progress in its own field of engineering.

Cons

PAE is one of biggest company which is providing in various sectors services like in building construction, in consultancy and in design sector and they focus to find the person who is capable to carry on these responsibilities.
