PAE reviews

Employee recognition could be better. To much self service for employees. I find the employees would rather speak to someone/a real person then service centers.

The most toxic work environment I've worked for in my entire life. First, the motto of "you can't spell Cheap without PAE" is heard continuously every day. All the workers talked behind each other back, and pay was a constant gripe daily. Management is always fault-finding and reluctant to resolve much of our needs. I recommend prospects to stay away from this organization until they keep their values off their walls and instead, in their mouths.
