every 2 years the company re-evaluates their government contract with dhs. the only changes made always affect employee benefits and restrictions. i went from 40 hrs a week to 10 hours or less a week when immigration laws were increased or needs based on newly inducted federal government policies. we were always understaffed, especially on our busiest times (July 5th and New Years Day
