      Pros

      Great pay at the Tucson, Arizona location. Good benefits. Union shop. Vacation and sick time are competitive to most places.

      Cons

      Supervisory personnel change every two years when they realize their ideas and solutions will not be entertained or considered. Program managers in Dallas control the site like it is their puppet when they don't even come to Tucson to see or hear from the floor how certain solutions could be implemented. Morale is at an all time low.

      Management in Marlton are a bunch of village idiots. The people are not friendly at all. Very stressful and poor run office in Marlton. PAE is one the worst government contract employees I have ever worked for. Should be turned in to the BBB.

      No room for advancement. They just give out jobs to people but lack the skills to perform the job properly Wants lower level to train higher paid employees Overworked Underpaid
