Good pay, but that is due to the union, very good job security (also because of the union).

Cons

Corporate staff are openly hostile and disrespectful towards the workforce. Our Christmas Bonus is $15 (a slap in the face imo)

The work-place is toxic due to low quality supervisors/management Co-workers were hostile due to supervisors encouraging bullying/harassment! The work slowed way down... boring!
