Hostile upper management, low pay, expected to work out of trade you were hired for, incompetent and hostile supervisor, CEO and upper management do not inspire anyone, have an accident and watch management make sure assignment of blame solely on the worker (high PAE priority). Bull crap company

Cons

Horrible management that was usually off at the golf course. We were told we had a contract extension and later found out that was a lie. We didn't have much advance notice to start looking for new jobs.
