      Pros

      highly recommend checking out one of Oracle's smaller organizations. These orgs foster a smaller "start up culture" that retain the benefit of having a major corporate backing. Your experience at this company is entirely based off of your management, so ask a lot of questions in your interviews because you really want to get a sense of who your direct report is!

      definitely still growing pains and have to answer to "larger oracle norms/procedures"
