Pros

Flexibility: Oracle allows you to work from home one day a week and still keep your office. Some people arrive early in the day, others later.

Cons

Oracle does not seem to care about its employees. Oracle is unfair with their salaries: they pay newly-hired junior engineers more than people with many years experience. Raises and bonuses are rare and small.

The developer environment isn't the best of what it can be. Took forever to set up the environment and components often fail which could cause hours of delay.
