      Pros

      It all depends on your team but in general I have found that for a reasonable competent person the work is very less stressful. In the beginning there is a learning curve involved but after an year or so there is nothing much to learn and the tasks that earlier took hours would only take minutes. As long as you can delegate the low level work (more below) your work days are very short. Of-course you would have to attend the meetings!
