      Work life balance at speak No toxic culture, all things are transparent.

      Cons

      Most of the roles in Oracle are remote or work from home, so you don’t get the opportunity to interact and expose. Also for ambitious people, the growth is very limited in Oracle. You may have the brand name. Then you have to switch to other companies for a good package otherwise, internal promotions high is very low.
