The company has great culture and the highest quality engineers. The people there are very committed to producing great products. There are a lot of very smart and dedicated people there.

Cons

Occasionally they have developed some features in the products just to make a deal or sale, but this should diminish now that they are part of Oracle, which is more product focused rather than sales drivven.
