It Used to be: open culture. great problems to solve (these still exists) Good teams

Cons

Oracle is happening to BK: It is becoming a Bureaucratic hell hole!! Diktats on implementation come down rather than freedom as promised. Attrition is a problem, some teams are hit more than others. Senior Execs on the development side are more interested in playing politics than helping developers. Business strategy overall lacks accountability and is focused on selling data without regard to Data Quality.
