      1. You have earned lots of money before 2. You do not care about growth monetarily 3. Stable job compared to the job market 4. Work from home options available 5. Good health benefits

      Cons

      1. Cares about product delivery on time but not their appraisals/hikes/bonuses 2. Not a employee friendly company 3. Bonuses and hikes are pathetic. 4. Performance reviews not done on time as well as no proper goal settings in most groups. 5. No direction about future releases to employees (kept secretive) 6. No spot recognitions. 7. Expected to work 24X7 because of scattered team members 8. Too big and your hardwork may not be appreciated by anything monetary.
