Pros
Oracle is an exciting place to work. Things are constantly changing. Oracle is growing rapidly through acquisitions. This can sometimes be challenging. But it's also been very exciting as all these new employees are brought into the fold. For the most part, it's been an easy integration. And it's gratifying to hear from these people how much they like the Oracle culture and how impressed they are with the quality of its employees.
Cons
Big company. Great place to work... but if economy turns downward, employees suddenly feel like a number, and worry about layoffs, regardless of their previous contributions or longevity.
