      Challenging place to work sometimes but a great ride regardless!

      Pros

      Exciting place to work - compared to some large companies it is a fast paced work environment. Cool technology. Prestigous brand. Diverse set of products and opportunity to move around within company if you are good at what you do. Great campus and pretty decent overall benefits package

      Cons

      Top management are strong but plenty of examples of poor management lower down the levels. Very political - lot of empire building mentality. Easy to burn out. Salaries not always competitive and bonus payment not reliable

      Looks good on a resume.

      Cons

      Salary, Oracle will make absolutely sure you DON'T make over a certain amount of money as a sales person including changing comp plans numerous times throughout the year.. Incompetent management, very in-flexible. Individual contributors are treated badly and with no respect. They do not value human capital AT ALL. There is no freedom of speech at Oracle, once you enter an Oracle building you now have left the freedom of the Unites States and entered the dictatorship of Oracle. people are very afraid to speak the truth.

      It definitely provides lot of things in a nice way Overall, it's a good company, except for some politics in the company and pay packages

      Cons

      no recognition of work. Pretty bad pay packages.
